Injury and gender-based violence: the aggravating circunstance of the presence of minor children.
The Spanish Supreme Court has sentenced last April, 18th 2018 about the aggravating circustance provided for in article 153.3 of the Spanish Criminal Code.
The “Supreme Court”, in Spanish “Tribunal Supremo” has established that the provisions of article 153,3 of the Spanish Criminal Code is due of the violation of the minors' rights who assist to maltreatments between people of the same family group or educational group.
