Latest news after a recent sentence of the Spanish Supreme Court “Pleno de la Sala II del Tribunal Supremo”
According to the pronunciation of the Spanish Supreme Court that in cases of maltreatment without injury if teh victim is a woman that has had a relationship with the offender (or any victim with the conditions established by article 153 of the Spanish Criminal code) can be punishedbeing condamned from 6 months to 1 year of prison and it is also to establish a prohibition of approaching to the victim so as to grant protection to victims of gender-based violence.
