In Spain the insolvency proceeding are called concurso de acreedores and applies to both civil debtors and traders- natural or legal persons.

Provisional measures according to Spanish Law
By request of the person applying for insolvency proceedings and when applicable after having provided a security to cover potential liabilities, once the judge admits the application, there may be adopted necessary measures to ensure the debtor’s assets are not disposed of, as provided by general procedural law.
