Drones in Spain: weight less than 250 gr (less than 0.55 lb)

They can fly above people and buildings.

The Spanish Royal decree 1036/2017 has established that the airships (drones) used for reacreative, sport (or in general recreational activities) with a weight of less than 250 g (0.55 lb) are authorized to fly on the spanish skies if their height does not overcome 20m.

Furthermore for these drones assurance is not compulsory.
