Drones in Spain: in Madrid they will be supervised by the Guardia Civil

In Spain the supervision of the drones flying above the skies of the “Comunidad Autónoma de Madrid” is realized by the the Guardia Civil.

The agents of the “Pegaso” group are responsible of supervising the drones' flying zone of the region (Comunidad Autónoma de Madrid). They verify especially whether these “airships” have the permissions requested by the spanish law to fly.

We remind you that last december 2017 it has been approved the Royal decree 1036/2017 about whom we have already talken about on the blog of Liuzzi e Liuzzi International law & tax firm.

The agents of the “Guardia Civil” of Madrid have encountered violation of the law for what it concerns for example deficient documents of the drones' pilots or about the flying height of the drone.
