Consumption, supply and distribution of cannabis in Spain: the criminal legislation is exclusively competence of the State
The Constitutional Court of Spain has unanimously declared unconstitutional the foral law 24/2014 of the Autonomic Community of Navarra (Comunidad Autónoma de Navarra) the 21st of december, 2017 concerning social clubs for consumption of Cannabis in Navarra.
The sentence of the Constitutional Court of Spain has established the foral law violates the competence in the area of the criminal legislation which belongs to the State.
The declared unconstitutionality is for the whole law (all of the articles of the foral law 2472014 of the Navarra Autonomic Community).
